WARDROBE
WHAT TO BRING:
Three fitted crew neck t-shirts that are flattering to your skin tone.
Clean, comfortable, and flattering jeans. (While we are shooting a headshot, they may be captured in your images.)
Clean, comfortable, and basic closed toed shoes. (Examples include: Canvas sneakers, flats, dress shoes, or low cut boots.)
DO’S & DON’TS:
DO: Bring clothing that is flattering to your skin tone, focus on colors that compliment your eyes as they will be the main focus of your image!
DO: Bring a denim jacket or blazer, and a flannel shirt that coordinates with your T-shirt, or a simple button down to layer the look..
DO: Arrive to set ready to shoot!
Rich and deeper greens, purples, and blue are all good. If a neutral is preferred, gray is the best, even better than black. Earthy and warm browns are good.
DON’T: Wear clothing with cutouts, patterns, holes or rips. Avoid bright, neon colors, and of course, black and white. As they will be too distracting.
DON’T: Wear clothing that is too close to your skin tone, we need you to stand out!
Please come wearing your best look and bring two extra options.
HAIR & MAKEUP
Unless HMU is purchased, arrive to set HAIR & MAKEUP READY. Style your hair naturally (as you would arriving to an audition) with product to prevent flyaways. Bring a brush and hair pomade/wax (NO HAIRSPRAY) with you to set for flyaway touchups as we shoot.
If HMU is purchased, arrive to set with your hair 1-2 days post clean (it is better for styling and frizz.) With basic “at home blowout” styling. This means, tame any excessive waves or tangles and arrive with hair that is ready to be styled professionally. For makeup, arrive to set with face moisturized and prepped. Always bring your personal concealer, foundation, and mascara with you to set.
WOMEN:
If you are shooting a multi look headshot package, a good rule of thumb is to begin with less makeup and build. Please come with natural makeup. You may add light natural eyeliner, as our goal is accentuate and draw focus to your beautiful eyes! Please arrive makeup ready!

Please arrive makeup ready with blemishes (on both the face and neck) properly covered, skin tone evened, and shine removed with translucent powder. Come to set with facial hair freshly shaven, and neck scruff removed.
